We're looking for an experienced CAD/CAM Technician to join our manufacturing team in Glasgow, suporting the production of architectural sheet metalwork for projects across the UK.
The Role
You'll be responsible for preparing and modifying CAD information, producing CAM programmes and supporting production through our CNC punching and laser cutting processes.
You'll work closely with the wider manufacturing team to help ensure drawings and production information are accurate, practical and ready for manufacture.
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in a CAD/CAM or sheet metal manufacturing environment.
• Experience using RADAN or similar CAD/CAM nesting and programming software.
• A good understanding of engineering and manufacturing drawings.
• Knowledge of sheet metal processing and CNC production methods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a wider production team.
