De-coil / Shear / Punch / Laser / Waterjet
Part of our custom metal fabrication process, our blanking and profiling equipment delivers high-accuracy metal cutting across a wide range of sheet materials and thicknesses, including aluminium, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, zinc and titanium.
The de-coil to length line and guillotine shear process provides the ability to cut efficiently to suit site requirements whilst achieving lengths larger than normal stockholding.
Having options in CNC cutting; punch, waterjet or laser, we provide the flexibility to process everything from thin-gauge sheet through to thicker plates. Whether used in architectural or industrial environments our machinery can work with many materials including; aluminium, stainless & carbon steel, brass, copper, zinc, titanium, while ensuring quality precision and tight tolerances.
By integrating these high-speed profiling technologies, we maintain the rapid lead times and material versatility essential for complex metalwork.
Press Brake
Using press brakes of varying sizes (up to 6100mm) and tonnages (up to 250 tons), we form materials to meet exact project requirements.
This metal forming capability with hydraulic press setups supports both one-off orders and batch production, ensuring consistent results every time.
By using upgraded press control systems and a range of specialised tooling, we can achieve complex folds in diverse materials, from aluminium to steel.
