Gilmours delivered a series of bespoke façade elements for Kampus, one of Manchester’s most distinctive residential developments. Our work spanned multiple buildings across the masterplan — from the project’s signature pixel window pods to folded metal panels and castellated cladding systems — each designed, fabricated and finished to meet the architects’ exacting specification.

Every component was developed with millimetre-level precision: press-braked, fabricated, painted and assembled in powder coated finishes including Axalta 7021, Interpon Steel Bronze and GRC-look coatings. Together, these elements create the layered, textural character that defines the Kampus elevations, balancing bold geometric forms with refined flat-panel contrasts. Delivered from concept to completion in close collaboration with the project team, the result is a highly crafted architectural envelope that reinforces Kampus’ identity as a landmark city-centre development.
