Gilmours delivered the full cladding package for this landmark teaching facility, manufacturing a bespoke weathering-steel–look powder-coated finish developed in-house to achieve the rich, warm tone the architects envisioned. The façade combines flat and perforated panels to create depth, rhythm and movement across the elevations, with every component fabricated and finished to exacting standards. The result is a robust, visually distinctive envelope that enhances the building’s presence on the University of Glasgow campus while reflecting our expertise in complex architectural cladding.
